The existing Californian bungalow was ideally suited for an upper floor extension, sympathetic to the existing character of the home. The design of the upper floor creates interest in the roofline with several focal points, with seamless integration and appeal from all viewing angles.
The large upper floor extension includes two bedrooms, a separate bathroom, and a rumpus room. The bedrooms are large, creating a haven for the owners' children and zoned living.
