Process
From first appointment to completion, we will guide you through the processes from designing your requirements to building and constructing your extension. Open communications with our dedicated staff at all times gives you peace of mind and confidence in arrangements made by us to complete your project in full accordance with our contractual obligations.
Time Frames
In most cases (subject to Town Planning), we are on-site within several days. Building duration varies for each project, with a fixed term contract to ensure peace of mind.
Moving Out
In the majority of projects, our clients are able to remain on-site and works are co-ordinated with our clients needs in mind.
Location
Supa Group Constructions has trades and staff located right across the metropolitan area and can service all suburbs.
Trades Personnel
Many of our staff are longstanding employees, some in excess of 20 and up to 35 years. All trades personnel are fully licensed and carry appropriate guarantees.
Supervisors
Each project is allocated to one of our dedicated and highly experienced building supervisors. They will communicate with you through-out each stage of the job in repect of co-ordination, and ensure that your property is kept neat and tidy at all times.
Warranties
Supa Group Constructions is an accredited member of the Housing Industry Association of Australia and the Master Builder’s Association as well as being registered with the Building Practitioners Board. All our projects are completed with a 6.5 year structural warranty along with the normal industry maintenance period, as well as the extended residential warranty under the Home Owners Warranty guarantee.
After Hours
You can feel secure that all of our clients are provided with a 24 hour call out number should any unforeseen circumstances arise during the construction period.
