Absolutely. We understand that you may have preference over who works on your Clifton Hill house extension. As long as they comply with our Occupational Health and Safety standards, and meet all insurance prerequisites, we will be happy to work with them.

If this is something you wish to pursue, please note that we work to a set completion date. This is a contractual obligation between our team and you. Your preferred tradesperson will have to work to a fixed timeline.

That all depends on the scope of the project. As dedicated end-to-end Clifton Hill home builders, we work to a distinct, three phase process: the design phase, the contract preparation phase, and the build phase. 

Once the design phase is complete, we will give you an estimate of how long it will take. After the contract preparation phase, you'll know exactly when your Clifton Hill renovation will be finished.

If you wish to remain living in your home while works are underway, this can usually be accommodated. Keep in mind that you need to have access to proper amenities while you are living at home. If your bathroom or kitchen is affected by the build, this may render the home uninhabitable for the duration. 

However, our builders will try to keep your home extension as stress-free as possible if you wish to remain living at home.
