Yes. It wouldn’t be your home without your design input. Therefore, you will be given the opportunity to work closely with our design consultants and expert builders to create a home that matches your style of living. Whether you’re looking for an art deco or contemporary inspired home, we’ll make it happen.
This is usually your choice. If you wish to remain in your home while we work on your extension build, you are welcome to do so. However, we will ensure that areas of your house are safely accessible. If we cannot grant you safe access to important areas, like the kitchen or bathroom, you may need to find temporary accommodation elsewhere.
Have you worked with contractors you know and trust in the past? If so, let us know. We’re always happy to collaborate with other contractors in the local area. Before getting them started on your extension build, we’ll ensure they meet our safety standards, provide the necessary insurance and OH&S credentials, and are willing to meet all project deadlines.
Yes. We can add ground floor or two-storey home extensions to your Montmorency heritage-listed property. However, this process may take longer than usual due to the extensive planning and approval process. Our team will work closely with the Banyule council to ensure all permits are obtained before commencing your build.
