Yes. We want you to tell us how you want your home to look after our transformation. Therefore, you get the opportunity to liaise directly with our design consultants and extension builders and create a home that replicates your sense of style. Whether you’re looking for a contemporary home or something more playful, we’ve got you covered.
This is entirely up to you. If you would like to remain in your home while the extension project takes place, you are more than welcome to do so. However, we must first ensure that each area of your house is accessible. If we cannot grant you safe access to the kitchen or bathroom, you may need to find temporary accommodation elsewhere.
If you have worked with contractors in the past and think they would be a perfect fit for this project, let us know. We are always happy to work with other contractors from the surrounding area. Before getting them started on your project, we will ensure they meet our safety standards, provide the necessary insurance credentials, and agree to meet all project deadlines.
Yes. We can seamlessly add ground floor or two-storey home extensions to your Rosanna heritage home. However, this process may take some time as it will require extensive planning and approval. Our team will work closely with the Banyule council to ensure all permits are obtained before starting the build.
