After a Free Design Consultation, there are three distinct phases that Supa Group commits to — design, contract preparation, and build. If you have your own tradespeople or subcontractors that you’d like to use on your project, we would be happy to facilitate this. We will work alongside and together with your chosen tradesperson, provided that all Occupational Health and Safety and insurance prerequisites are met.
On all projects, we offer a fixed contractual completion date. Your preferred tradespeople will need to work in accordance with the timeframe determined by Supa Group and you, the client.
After our Design team drafts your new home, our fully qualified building department takes over. Your project will be overseen by a building supervisor, who will keep you updated as to the progression of your house extension or renovation.
Our building supervisors work closely with our senior managers to ensure that your project is progressing smoothly, with the highest regard for safety, quality, and time.
Provided that the project is not too extensive, families can choose to remain in the home while it is being renovated. If this is what you would like to do, our building team will ensure that you have access to proper amenities throughout the duration of your project.
