Not at all. During the contract phase of the build, we will seek all necessary local council building permits. Everything we build will be to spec and up to code. It’s our guarantee as a second storey extension builder.
Not necessarily. We can create an entirely independent floor plan on the second floor of your home. In some cases, it will make sense to make some changes to your existing ground floor floor plan. It all depends on your current home and your vision for a redesign.
Of course! We take pride in working with clients to develop their perfect floor plan, whether its for a two storey extension or a simple ground floor renovation. You’ll work through our design consults from the first consultation throughout the entire process.
Our building supervisor Braidon Marshall was absolutely fantastic. He was friendly, approachable and accessible when we had a few issues out of hours. We sprung a leak on one rather rainy night, and he came to the rescue after his birthday dinner no less!
