Yes, getting a planning permit from the Armadale local council is always necessary. Once your designs and plans have been approved, you must apply for a building permit. Supa Group can liaise with the council and handle the permit application process on your behalf.
As long as you have safe access to your bedroom, kitchen and bathroom, you can stay home during the construction.
If our build must block your essential amenities, we’ll create a clear schedule well beforehand so that you can make alternate living arrangements.
Supa Group will work with contractors of your choice as long as they pass our vetting process. Any contractor you recommend must prove they can work to our OH&S standards and guarantee that they will abide by our schedule.
Yes, Supa Group can add extensions to heritage-listed homes in Armadale. Every council has its own regulations surrounding works to heritage homes. Still, the purpose of these regulations is often to maintain the integrity of the original design and the building’s history. Supa Group obtain approvals by designing seamless and respectful extension designs that work within council guidelines.
