The Supa Group team works to concrete completion dates. Your tradesperson will have to work to our deadlines to ensure that our agreed-upon deadline can be met.
Balwyn saw its first homes built pre-Federation in the 1850s. Today, the area still retains plenty of iconic elements of Australia's colonial past. Some of these homes and buildings are of historical significance, and have been preserved by heritage overlays.
If you are concerned that your home falls under a heritage overlay, get in touch with Supa Group. We can investigate the history of your home and advise you of the changes we can and cannot make when completing your Balwyn home extension or renovation.
That depends on your personal preference. The Supa Group Build team can usually accommodate your request to remain living at home, provided that certain amenities remain intact. If your bathroom or kitchen is out of action for an extended period of time, you may have to live elsewhere for the duration of the project.
