We have a project management team who will be on hand to coordinate your renovation, but that doesn’t mean you cannot play an active role in designing and coordinating your renovation. We will have you on board for design approval and development and will check in regularly to ensure you are 100% satisfied throughout the build.
If you are happy to be more hands-on, we are more than happy to provide you with a project manager who will coordinate the renovation according to your specifications. This can save you money as you will have direct control over the budget and schedule.
Please note that if you do choose to project manage your own renovation, we still require you to sign off on all work completed by our team. This is to ensure that the work meets our high standards and your expectations.

It is absolutely possible to stay living in your home while a renovation or extension is taking place — many of our clients prefer to as it requires less moving and organising. You will, of course, experience some disruption, such as dust and debris, but our workers and contractors will make the process as straightforward as possible.
Your project manager will also keep you updated about any health and safety issues that may relate to you during the building process and will be on hand to answer any questions.
