Of course. We’re happy to collaborate with specialists of your choosing.
We do require them to meet our safety standards and provide the necessary insurance and OH&S credentials.
We will also require them to guarantee that they can meet the deadlines that we have agreed upon with you.
In most cases, you can remain in your home while we work.
You will have to find temporary accommodation if we cannot give you safe access to your kitchen, bedroom or toilet.
We’ll make every effort to reduce the inconvenience and will plan carefully to get you back home as soon as possible.
You certainly can. It does require a comprehensive planning and permissions process, but we can add extensions to heritage-listed Darebin homes. We will work with the Darebin Council to complete this process correctly.
We’ve found the key to doing work on heritage homes is preserving the original structures' integrity. Extensions should be seamless, tasteful and compliment the aesthetics of the existing home.
