This depends on your preference. If you would like to reside in your home while we progress with your extension project, you can do so. However, certain amenities in the house must remain accessible. If we cannot grant you safe access to the bathroom or kitchen, you may need to find temporary accommodation elsewhere.
If you have used contractors in the past and think they would be suitable for this project, let us know. We’re happy to collaborate with contractors of your choice. We’ll ensure they meet our safety standards, provide the necessary insurance and OH&S credentials, and can deliver based on your set timeline.
Yes, you can add ground floor or two-storey home extensions to a Mt Eliza heritage home. However, this process usually takes longer due to extension planning and approval stages. We will work closely with the Mornington Peninsula Council to obtain all permits needed for the build. With our project management expertise, you can count on us.
