Heritage-listed homes can have extensions added to them. All they require is the right permits and approvals. Supa Group would be happy to help attain those. Having worked on several heritage and period homes before, we can add seamless new extensions while protecting the original structure and preserving its charm.
Of course — we’re quite happy to work closely with subcontractors of your choosing. However, we do have a very clear set of requirements. All subcontractors must have insurance, as well as the relevant Occupational Health and Safety prerequisites. Importantly, they must be willing to commit to our schedule — we guarantee our clients a fixed deadline, and all subcontractors must respect that promise.
As long as we can provide you with bathroom and kitchen access, you can continue to live in your house. Accessibility depends on the nature of the work we’re doing whether it’s a ground floor extension or a second storey extension. It will also depend on if you can find alternative accommodation. We will do everything in our power to minimise your time away from home.
