Professional small builder/renovator
Over the last half-century, we’ve worked on projects of all sizes, from second-storey additions to single bathroom renovations for Vermont homes. We approach each one with the same level of thought and precision because we want each home extension we build to be as utterly unique as the people who live there. We’d love the opportunity to design one for you.
As accredited Victorian Master Builders, we have the design and construction expertise to improve the space, flow, light and utility in your Vermont home. Everything begins with a chat.
After building countless home extensions in Vermont and its surrounding suburbs, we’ve built a strong working relationship with Whitehorse City Council. We have an internal team that can efficiently and effectively navigate their approvals process and secure the planning and construction permits we need.

If you find your home no longer meets your evolving needs, it may feel like a move is the inevitable solution. But moving may mean losing the community you’ve built in Vermont, as well as the memories attached to your home. Our extension designs can adapt your home to your new lifestyle, giving you the space you need in the place you need it.
Looking to extend the footprint of your home to give your growing family more room to move? We don’t believe you should have to compromise on where you live to get more room! Our home extensions give you the lifestyle you desire in the home you love.
We can extend and renovate every section of your Vermont home. You might like a modernising bathroom renovation or an expansion of your laundry facilities. Maybe we can renovate your kitchen and living area to create an open-plan entertainment space or expand your outdoor area to create a lush garden. The possibilities really are endless.

Yes. Whitehorse City Council requires you to apply for planning and building permits before you can build any extensions or renovations. Supa Group will gladly handle this process on your behalf, so you don’t need to worry about a thing.
Depending on the nature of the work, you may be able to stay at home during construction. For your home to be liveable, you must have access to your bedroom, bathroom and kitchen. If our work makes those amenities inaccessible, you’ll have to move out temporarily. Before construction, we’ll give you a detailed schedule so you can make whatever alternative plans you need.
We welcome any suggestions you have for contractors and specialists. To work with us, they must provide the requisite OH&S and insurance paperwork and be willing to work to our schedule.
Yes, you may add extensions to or renovate period homes in Vermont. All city councils have different regulations surrounding such work, but their goal is always to preserve the historical legacy and integrity of the site. We always ensure that our extension designs seamlessly blend into the existing structure so as not to diminish its period charm.
