Yes. Windsor’s local council requires homeowners to apply for planning and building permits before house extensions and renovations can take place. Supa Group will happily handle all of that paperwork on your behalf to ensure we have all the permissions necessary for work to continue.
Certainly, as long as we can offer you safe access to essential amenities, including your bedroom, bathroom and kitchen. If these spaces become inaccessible, you will have to find temporary alternative living arrangements. However, our schedule will give you plenty of time to make those arrangements.
Yes. You’re welcome to suggest contractors and specialists for us to work with. All we ask is that they provide the necessary OH&S and insurance accreditation and that they commit to keeping our schedule so that we can guarantee our completion date.
Yes. As with all Melbourne councils, Windsor has unique and rigorous regulations around the types of work that can be done to its heritage-listed properties. Broadly speaking, Windsor’s council is likely to approve extensions that respect the existing building's historical legacy and unique architectural design. Supa Group’s design team will ensure that our designs meet both your requirements and your council’s.
