This classic 60’s brick veneer house with its high ceilings and polished hardwood floor welcomed a new ground floor extension. Works began with a demolition of an existing flat roof extension down to the slab.
New master bedroom and ensuite, and new laundry
Under a newly pitched roof an open plan was created featuring a slick modern kitchen, dining and living leading to a paved alfresco. Flanking the new living area, an expansive master bedroom was added with a two way bathroom and laundry.
