If you prefer to stay in your property while we undertake your home extension or large-scale house renovation project, we accommodate your choice. However, please note that for safety reasons, there may be limited access to certain areas such as the bathroom or kitchen. In the event that access is restricted, we recommend arranging temporary accommodation elsewhere to ensure your comfort and convenience.
If you have preferred contractors you've previously collaborated with, please inform us. We are open to partnering with other builders of your choice. However, we will ensure that they meet our stringent safety standards, possess the necessary insurance documentation, and can meet the project deadlines before engaging them in your build.
You can incorporate ground floor and two-storey home extensions into your Avondale Heights heritage home. However, this process may involve additional planning and permission requirements. Rest assured, our team will closely collaborate with the Moonee Valley council to obtain all the necessary permits prior to commencing the build. As a locally operated business, our expert team is dedicated to assisting you throughout every step of the process.
