If you would like to live in your home while the extension project takes place, you are most welcome to do so. However, we will first ensure you have safe access to certain amenities around the house. If we cannot grant you safe access to the bathroom or kitchen, you may need to find temporary accommodation elsewhere.
If you know some contractors you think we should work with on your build project, let us know. We’re always happy to collaborate with other professionals. Before getting them started on your project, we’ll ensure they meet our safety standards and agree to meet all build deadlines.
Supa Group can seamlessly add ground floor or two-storey home extensions to a Bellfield heritage home. This process may take longer than usual as it requires extensive planning and further council permission to go ahead. Therefore, our team will work closely with the Banyule council to ensure all permits are in place before the build commences.
