Yes. You will need to obtain a building permit issued by the registered building surveyor for extension projects on your East Ivanhoe home. If this process seems daunting or confusing, your site manager can take care of it for you. Additionally, if you’re including flood overlays or strata tiles in your new home design, the local council will need to approve any changes. This is called planning permission.
Normally, we let our clients stay in their homes while we work on your one-storey or two-storey home extensions in East Ivanhoe.
