This depends on what you prefer. If you would like to remain in your home during the build, our team will usually accommodate you, provided certain amenities remain safely accessible. However, if your bathroom or kitchen cannot be used for this period, you may need to find temporary accommodation elsewhere.
If you’ve used contractors in the past that you know and trust, let us know. We’re happy to collaborate with contractors of your choice. We’ll ensure they meet our safety standards, provide the necessary insurance and OH&S credentials, and can deliver based on our set timeline.
Yes, you can add one or two-storey home extensions to a Fawkner heritage home. However, this process requires extensive planning and permission to move forward.
