If you prefer to live in your home while your extension or large-scale renovation project is in progress, you can usually do so. However, this is only possible if certain areas of the home are safe for you to access. If we cannot grant you access to the kitchen or bathroom, you may need to find temporary accommodation.
Have you used contractors in the past that you know and trust? Let us know, and we’ll happily collaborate with them. Before getting them started on your project, we’ll ensure they meet our safety standards, provide the necessary OH&S credentials, and can deliver based on your build timeline.
Yes. You can add ground floor or two-storey home extensions to a Glenroy heritage home. However, this may require more planning and permission to go forward. We will work closely with the Merri-Bek council to get quick approval. At Supa Group, customer satisfaction is our top priority.
