This depends on what you prefer. If you would like to live in your home while the build progresses, we will be able to accommodate but only if access to certain amenities is available. For example, if we cannot grant you safe access to the bathroom or kitchen, you may need to find temporary accommodation elsewhere.
If you have used contractors in the past that you think are the right fit for this project, let us know. We’re happy to collaborate with other builders across the state. We’ll ensure they meet our safety standards, are fully insured, provide OH&S credentials, and deliver based on a set timeline.
Yes. You can add ground floor or two-storey home extensions to a Gowanbrae heritage home. However, this process requires extensive planning to move forward. We will work closely with the Merri-Bek council to ensure the process runs smoothly.
