If you are adding significant home extensions to your Lower Templestowe property, you must obtain a permit issued by the registered building surveyor. This is the final step in the process before construction can commence. In some instances planning permission may be required from council prior to the issuing of the building permit.
By agreement, clients often stay in their homes while we are extending or renovating. However, if we cannot grant you safe access to important areas of the home, such as the kitchen or bathroom, you will need to find temporary accommodation elsewhere.
