If your property is heritage-listed, additional paperwork is required. Go to how to build on or renovate your heritage-listed property, or speak with our knowledgable and reliable team. We are familiar with council restrictions and procedures for these types of renovations. The council may also require public input into your extension plans in rare situations. No matter what, our experts are with you through the whole process to ensure we achieve a positive outcome.

Any building work that includes repair, alterations, or extensions to your home requires a building permit submitted before the commencement of any proposed work. Building permits are obtained from independent Building Surveyors but sometimes planning consent is required from Manningham City Council. If your home has a special overlay such as a Heritage overlay consent will be required from the council, prior to issuing a building permit.
