This depends on what you prefer. If you would like to stay in your home while we progress with your build, we can make this happen. However, we will need to be able to grant you safe access to important areas of the home, such as the bathroom and kitchen. If this is not possible, you may need to find temporary accommodation elsewhere.
Have you worked with contractors in the past? If you think they’ll be perfect for your home extension project, let us know. We’re always happy to collaborate with other business professionals. Before getting them started on the project, we’ll ensure they meet all safety requirements and provide the necessary insurance credentials.
You can add ground floor or two-storey extensions to an Oak Park heritage home. However, this process may take longer than usual as it requires extensive planning and permission.
