This is usually up to you. If you prefer to stay in your home while we progress with the extension build, we will do our best to accommodate you. However, we can only do so if certain areas of the home are safe to access. If we cannot provide you access to the bathroom or kitchen, you may need to find temporary accommodation elsewhere.
If you’ve used contractors in the past that you think will be perfect for this project, let us know. We’re always looking to collaborate with other professionals around the area. Before getting them started on your extension build, we’ll ensure they meet our safety standards and provide the necessary insurance credentials.
Yes. You can add ground floor or two-storey home extensions to a Pascoe Vale heritage home. However, this process may take longer than usual due to planning permissions. We will work closely with the Merri-Bek council to ensure all permits are in place before we commence the build.
