Therefore, you’ll have the opportunity to work closely with our design consultants and expert extension builders to create an interior that works for you and your family. Whether you want an art deco or contemporary feel, we can help.
This is usually up to you. If you wish to live in your home while we continue with your home extension project, you are most welcome to do so. However, you must be able to access all important areas of your home. If we are completing kitchen and bathroom renovations or extensions and cannot grant you safe access to these areas, you may need to find temporary accommodation elsewhere.
Have you worked with contractors in the past that you trust? If so, let us know. We’re happy to collaborate with other professionals in the industry. Before getting them started on your build, we’ll ensure they meet our safety requirements, provide the necessary insurance and OH&S credentials, and agree to meet all deadlines.
Yes. We can integrate ground floor or two-storey home extensions to your Viewbank heritage home. However, this process may take longer than usual as it requires extensive planning and council approval. We will work closely with the Banyule council to ensure all permits are in place before beginning your heritage home transformation.
