If you’re adding significant home extensions to your Warranwood home, you must obtain a permit issued by the registered building surveyor. This is the final step in the process before construction can begin. In some instances planning permission may be required from council prior to the issuing of the building permit.
When working with Supa Group, we will take care of all the permit requirements for your project so you won’t need to lift a finger.
Normally, we let our clients stay in their homes while the home extension or renovation project progresses. However, if we cannot grant you safe access to important areas of the home, such as the kitchen or bathroom, you may need to find temporary accommodation.

Before starting them on your project, we will ensure they meet our safety standards, provide the correct insurance and OH&S credentials, and agree to meet all building deadlines.
