This is usually up to you. If you would like to stay in your home while we progress with the extension process, you can do so. However, we will ensure that certain amenities are accessible. If we cannot grant you safe access to the bathroom or kitchen, you may need to find temporary accommodation elsewhere.

Before getting them started on your project, we’ll ensure they meet our safety standards, provide the necessary insurance information, and agree to meet all build deadlines.
Yes. We can seamlessly add ground floor or two-storey home extensions to an Ashburton heritage-listed property. However, this process may take longer than usual as it requires extensive planning and council permission. Our team will work closely with the Boroondara council to ensure all permits are obtained before starting such a project.
