Navigating the permit process can be complex, but it's an essential step. We’ve built several home extensions in Monash Council, so we’re familiar with the permit application process. We’ll liaise with the council on your behalf to get your build started as soon as possible.
We’d be excited to build in the area again, actually. We’ve worked on a couple of extension builds around Ashwood, in Glen Waverley and Wheelers Hill, and even in the neighbouring suburbs Ashwood gets its name from: Ashburton and Burwood.

Our building supervisor Braidon Marshall was absolutely fantastic. He was friendly, approachable and accessible when we had a few issues out of hours. We sprung a leak on one rather rainy night, and he came to the rescue after his birthday dinner no less!
