Yes. We want you to feel like your new home is uniquely yours. Therefore, we encourage all our customers to give us design input on how they would like their space to look after the extension process. Whether you’re aiming for an art deco transformation, an aristocratic feel or something more contemporary, we can help.
If you wish to live in your home during the extension project, you are more than welcome to do so. However, you must have safe access to certain amenities inside the property. If the kitchen or bathroom is blocked off, you may need to find temporary accommodation elsewhere.
If you have worked with contractors in the past and want us to use the same team for your extension build, let us know. We’re happy to collaborate with other professionals. Before getting them started on your project, we’ll ensure they meet our safety standards, provide the necessary insurance documents, and agree to all build deadlines.
Yes. We can add ground floor or two-storey home extensions to a Canterbury heritage home. However, this process may take some time as it requires extensive planning and council permission to move forward. Our team will work with the Boroondara council to ensure all permits are obtained before commencing the build.
