This is usually up to you. If you would like to stay in your home while we progress with your extension build, you can normally do so. However, certain amenities must be in place for you to remain on the property. If we cannot grant you safe access to the bathroom or kitchen, you may need to find temporary accommodation elsewhere.
Have you used contractors in the past? If you feel like they’d be a great fit for this project, let us know. We’re always happy to collaborate with other contractors in the area. We’ll make sure they meet our safety standards, provide the necessary insurance documentation, and agree to meet all build deadlines.
Yes. We can seamlessly add one or two-storey home extensions to a Carrum Downs heritage home. However, this process may require more planning to move forward. We will work closely with the Frankston Council to ensure all permits are obtained before completing your heritage-home extension.
