Caulfield is a wonderful place for thriving families, and the suburb’s stunning homes reflect the friendly, easy-going lifestyle of the people who reside there. We’re sure you know it well. But if your home no longer fits your family or meets your needs, it might be time to look into a little home extension project.
Supa Group has been a master home builder for over 40 years. There’s simply no job we can’t handle. So, let’s set up a free consultation and set up your dream home renovation project.
Whether you need ground floor extensions to increase your family and living space or a second storey extension to welcome new family members, we’ll turn your Caulfield house into the home you’ve always wanted.
After 40 years in the house extension business, we’ve acquired the skills and industry relationships to get even the most daring home renovations off the ground. We’re experienced enough to know that nobody can predict the bumps in the road ahead, but we have the agility and adaptability to keep the entire process on track.
We count the Glen Eira City Council amongst our many close working relationships. With a keen knowledge of their regulations, we can assist you in applying for the necessary building permits.
Whether you want to let more natural light into the family areas, extend your outdoor living space or need spacious second-storey extensions for new bedrooms, we’ll ensure all aspects of your home renovation are done perfectly by the book.

The loss of a home often means the loss of a community. Over the decades, we’ve expanded and honed our services to cover every aspect of the home renovations and house extension process making it possible for more individuals, couples and families to stay in the areas they call home. Once you bring Supa Group onto your project, you’ll be assigned a dedicated project manager. They’ll be there at every step of the process, obtaining permits, hiring reliable contractors and providing you with constant updates during the actual building phase. You can take as much control of the home renovation process as you like. Or, if you’d prefer, feel free to put your feet up and leave it to us.
Looking to extend the footprint of your home to give your growing family more room to move? We don’t believe you should have to compromise on where you live to get more room! Our home extensions give you the lifestyle you desire in the home you love.
Home improvement is a daunting business. Details are everything; cut corners and unseized opportunities tend to bite the inexperienced or negligent builder. So it’s perfectly understandable why people struggle to place their trust in a builder.
As for your Caulfield home itself, there’s little we can’t do. Not everyone needs a comprehensive ground-up renovation; the right extensions and adjustments here and there will often do the trick. Our services include:
Fixed price & completion time
Concept to completion
Free design consultation
Over 50 years experience
We’ve got our process down to a science. We’ve found the key to success is the same no matter the job or the client — open communication. It’s not easy to make informed decisions if you don’t understand the ins and outs of construction. Our clients can’t be expected to know that. Our friendly team will make every step of the process crystal clear to you, so you understand exactly what’s happening and why.

Here are a few of our favourite Melbourne home renovation projects, including ground floor extensions and second-storey extensions, demonstrating our unique attention to detail, style, and quality. The families in these homes were wholly satisfied with our work, and we hope you’ll find the inspiration you’re looking for, for your own home.

You certainly can. There is a more detailed permit application process, but we can help you work through that. Councils are understandably reluctant to allow any renovations that might damage the existing structure, but Supa Group’s proven record and superb reputation ought to put them at ease.
Heritage homes have a unique charm, and our extension designs aim to complement rather than overwhelm their aesthetic. Tasteful, seamless and practical — we reckon that’s the way to go.
Absolutely. We will work with any contractors you have an existing relationship with or whose services you prefer. As long as they meet our qualification and experience barrier, they’re set to come on board.
We will supply you with a list of OH&S and insurance prerequisites that your contractors must fulfil. We also insist that they agree to meet the completion date we have promised to you.
We can only provide you with a precise quote once we’ve completed our free consultation. We’ll need to account for the nature of the work, its complexity, as well as the labour and material costs.
We don’t like working with ballpark figures — it’s not fair on either of us.
Rest assured that we won’t consider the quote we give you to be an estimate but rather a fixed limit (barring any major unforeseen incursions).
Not necessarily. As long as we can assure you have access to your bathrooms and kitchen, you’re welcome to continue using your home while we work on your home renovation.
If we cannot make those amenities available and you must move out of your home, we will strive to complete our work as quickly as possible and get you back under your roof.
