Adding home extensions to your Hughesdale home will require obtaining a permit issued by the registered building surveyor. This is the last step in the process before construction can commence. In some instances planning permission may be required from council prior to the issuing of the building permit.
By agreement, clients often stay in their homes while we are extending. However, if we cannot grant you safe access to certain areas of the home, such as the kitchen or bathroom, other accommodation arrangements must be made.
