Yes. You will need to obtain a permit issued by the registered building surveyor to add extensions to your Pascoe Vale South property. This is the final step in the process before we can begin your build. In some instances planning permission may be required from council prior to the issuing of the building permit.
By agreement, clients often stay in their homes while we are extending. However, if we cannot grant you safe access to important parts of your house, such as the kitchen or bathroom, you will need to find temporary accommodation elsewhere instead.
