It wouldn’t be your home if it didn’t reflect your unique style. Therefore, we want to hear exactly how you’d like your new home to look. Whether we’re creating an extension or completing a house renovation, your input is integral.
This is usually up to you. If you would like to live in your home while we build your extensions, you can do so. However, certain amenities must be in place for this to happen. For example, if we cannot grant you safe access to the bathroom or kitchen, you will need to find temporary accommodation elsewhere.
If you have used some contractors in the past, let us know. We’re happy to collaborate with other professionals in the local area. Before getting them started on your build, we’ll make sure they meet our safety standards, are fully insured, and can meet all project deadlines.
Yes. We can seamlessly add ground floor or two-storey home extensions to a Seaford heritage home. However, this process may take longer than usual as it requires extensive planning and approval. We will work closely with the Frankston council to ensure we obtain all permits before the build begins.
