Professional small builder/renovator
This pretty Californian bungalow with its cladded façade and stained glass windows had previously been extended. It was the perfect home for this young family but needed just a little more space!
New dining and living area and alfresco
The existing ground floor extension didn’t quite make full use of the area available so a new spacious open plan living area was added with beautiful timber stacker doors. Once fully opened, these doors blended the indoors to the outdoor entertaining area and garden seamlessly.
The ensuite to the Master bedroom was also redesigned and renovated resulting in chic functionality and the detailing to the exterior was not overlooked with cladding and weatherboard trim integrated to match the existing period features of the house.
