Entertainment is at the heart of this family’s lifestyle. Unfortunately, the only setting they had for hosting guests was a small barbeque area at the side of the house. They approached Supa Group with a vision to totally transform the yet unused north-facing yard.
The family sought to create an entirely new alfresco space, complete with a shaded entertainment setting, timber deck, pool, and beautifully landscaped garden.
No changes to the existing home. Created a new undercover alfresco entertaining area with outdoor kitchen.
Supa Group designed an outdoor ground floor extension to seamless blend the indoor living area with the new pool area.
Considerations around the design were made to accommodate the presence of two large easements that bisected the rear yard. This produced an irregular, wedge-shaped design that fitted with the desire for a creative, modern space.
The north-facing rear yard has received a full revamp with plenty of hard landscaping and new plant life-giving a fresh feel to the space while allowing the northern light to come through into the extension.
The indoor living area gracefully opens to the combined outdoor kitchen and entertaining area.
Family and guests alike can enjoy a covered alfresco space, protected from the midday sun.
A stunning pool, bordered by lush new landscaping, completes the alfresco space.
