If you’re looking to add home extensions to your Carlton North home, you must obtain a permit issued by the registered building surveyor. This is the final step in the process before construction can commence. In some instances planning permission may be required from council prior to the issuing of the building permit.
By agreement, clients often stay in their homes while we are extending. However, if we cannot give you safe access to areas of the home, such as the kitchen or bathroom, you will need to find temporary accommodation elsewhere.
